Phase I
Client discussion, exploration of options, and putting together a high-level proposal.
Phase II
Site visits, surveys, permitting reviews, building renderings, & detailed equipment specifications.
Phase III
Initial equipment purchase.
Phase IV
Equipment delivered to the site. Additional deliverables include workflow, SOP’s Method development, safety & training.
Phase V
Before we hand over the “keys” we operate a pilot run alongside the client to ensure that the equipment is running to their satisfaction and they can operate and run the facility.
Deliverables
Engineering report A report detailing steps needed for engineering on site to be completed with third party engineers for signature and certification.
Proposal A detailed site proposal of the facility site detailing phases of implementation and products.
Design drawings Drawings of both the industrial equipment as well as the facility plan.
Design documents SOP and function documents to be detailed for machinery at delivery.
Site investigation report A detailed site review regarding environmental impact and facility opportunities and required infrastructure improvements.
Design review Design review with client and third party engineers to estimate cost.
Equipment purchase Details on shipping including price estimate for purchase, shipping, tariff.
Strategic report A report detailing throughputs and cost analysis of viability of production of products.
Service Plan A Service Plan regarding maintenance and schedule of equipment repair as well as spare parts. Spare Parts are extra.
Progress report A formal report of progress due every three months on the 15th of the month regarding progress on site goals.
Website/page Assistance with documentation for targeting clients with a web presence, potential synergy and strategies.
Proforma and Facility Operation Analysis We will provide a document detailing estimated costs of operation as well as anticipated production staffing requirements and costs of operation.
Equipment R&D and Design We can be contracted to design specific equipment for manufacturing or engineering and R&D for specific product development.
Service Contract on Equipment We are capable of servicing all of the equipment we sell and are available for continued support on site if required. This can include domestic spare parts.
